Spoiled and Will Not Settle I'm not anything but a Navigator person. I'm used to luxury period. However, I'm not used to paying the leasing prices offered here in MO. I'm form I'm not anything but a Navigator person. I'm used to luxury period. However, I'm not used to paying the leasing prices offered here in MO. I'm form LA and this would have been my 5th Navigator, but I just could not wrap my head around the leasing prices. Brad Davis and Marc Weiner went far and above their jobs duties, in my opinion, to find a vehicle that fit into my spoiled self. I did not want a vehicle that drove like a truck, nor did I want a vehicle that made me feel as if I was sitting on the ground, as I am not a car person nor did I want to pay anything above a certain price and it had to be a lease. Much to my surprise, these two gentle men found a vehicle that fit into my bottom line requirements. With 22" wheels and all the bells and whistles, they found me an SUV that allowed me the height requirement I needed to feel safe on the highways as well as luxury, price and leasing options. I cannot say I'm 110% in love with the SUV, as I said before I'm a Navigator Girl, but I can say, I'm happy with my choice to go through with what Brad and Marc worked so hard to find me and fit my criteria. Brad Davis is a gentleman through and through. He was kind, considerate and never once made me feel as if what I wanted was insignificant. He was also available to me at any given time--if I had a question or simply had another check in my long list of wants. Marc Weiner too was a gentleman and went far and above his call of duty to help me find what I wanted that would fit into my finances and needs. He took too the time to explain a load of questions I had regarding leasing a vehicle here in MO vs CA. He made the purchasing of the SUV as painless as possible. I highly recommend these to gentlemen if anyone is looking for a great experience and has a very specific need such as I, even if it is a spoiled need. More

Loan rate (%) was not explained well until it came time to sign the papers. Bluetooth, information system, needed more time for explanation than what was allowed. Too many cell phones ringing while talking to the customer. I believe this fast pace is the way management wants it and I don't place any fault on your personnel. The personnel was just doing their job as well as they could under these rapid circumstances. But management needs to know it takes time to explain the electronics of new vehicles, especially to older buyers. I understand that this fast pace will happen from time to time, but when you explain the new features on a new vehicle, it's time to slow it down. A checklist on what needs to be explained would help. Just like a checklist you use when making a car inspection. More

Nathan not only remembered us but listened to what we liked about our previous vehicle as well as what we wished it had that would better meet our needs. He showed us a vehicle that met our needs and was also a fair price. He took the time to explain the features thoroughly as well as compared features to those on similar makes/models so you know what else is or isn't available to be able to make a decision. In my opinion he truly cares about making sure you get something you will be happy with for a long time and is not just in it for the "sale". The whole team is very friendly and even though it is clear they are busy with a lot of customers you don't feel like you are just another number. We are very happy with our purchase and thanks to Nathan the process of making a selection was efficient and enjoyable. More

Initially, I didn't find a vehicle that I was in love with; however, Nate was so patient. It wasn't until 6 months later, I found the car on the internet and gave Nate a call. That same day, which surprised me, I drove off in the new car-- a car that I love! I was so excited that I left some items in my old car. Nate was so amazing, he not only collected those valuables, and things that I hadn't seen in years, from my old vehicle but mailed them to me! I would recommend Nate as the go-to-guy. I had a very pleasant experience, and the best thing was that those 6 months I was absent from him, he was patient. No hassling calls about new cars, he simply said, "call me anytime when you're ready," which turned into a win-win situation! More
