I believe that Joe Machens Ford has those quality employees. In particular, Brad Davis (salesman) who is by far, one of the best salesmen. He listens, synthesizes the info and then produces a quality product at the best price. Buying a car can be anxiety provoking in itself however, with Brad, you can trust he has your best interest at heart. I have purchased two vehicles from him and have had several friends do the same, we all come back. My experience, with my 2007 vehicle (with over 106,000 miles on it) having major transmission issues, Jared Phillippe (service department) walked and talked me through the "health" of my vehicle. The decision was mine to make - no pressure, no pushiness by the service or sales department. During my "decision" I had a rental car, a Ford Fusion, which I also, almost, purchased - so smooth and easy to drive. However, I wanted more height to make getting in and out easier. I am excited to get acquainted with this new Escape and love it as my own! Thank you Joe Machens Ford Human Resources for making quality decisions with quality employees who can share Ford's quality products! I was very impressed at the speed of sealing the deal. All staff were friendly. Staff made it clear that Machens Ford would continue to support me through all maintenance in the future.
