We purchased them through Kelly Sells and he was great to deal with, I didn't talk with him personally on the phone before we picked them up but was there and who ever was talking to him was usually smiling even with the delayed delivery. We were treated very well when we arrived to pick up our SUVs, the staff and Kelly was very helpful, friendly, and got us in and out without any delay. Like I said earlier the only problem we had was it took longer to get our vehicles than the time frame we were given. Yes we would go through Machens and Kelly Sells again. More

This is the third vehicle that we have purchased through Joe Machens in Columbia, MO. As far as we are concerned, we have never found another dealer that works with the customer as well as they do.
