For financing assistance I started with Brad Davis who's friendly personality and straight shooter attitude were refreshing and inviting. Just a great guy with a great personality who I enjoyed working with. I finished up with Marc Weiner because Brad was swamped and didn't want to keep me waiting. Marc encountered a SNAFU with my financier however he worked around the snag and made it happen. The finance team is top notch and these two persons were simply excellent. More

I was able to work with Marco from Joe Machens Ford Lincoln on purchasing another vehicle to replace my Jeep. I was unsure of exactly when I would be able to purchase the car that I wanted, a BMW 328i, but Marco and the other's were willing to hold the car for me until I was able to return the Jeep and secure financing on the BMW. They also allowed me to have an extended test drive, and they helped me get from one dealership to another on the day I returned the Jeep. Marco and Joe Machens Ford Lincoln went above an beyond what I would have ever expected, and I could not recommend them more! More

We found the Transit Connect we were looking for! My wife and I were looking for a very specific model of Transit Connect with very specific options. Lou Ann did not have one on the Columbia lot, but My wife and I were looking for a very specific model of Transit Connect with very specific options. Lou Ann did not have one on the Columbia lot, but she was able to find the exact one in Jeff City and had it delivered to Columbia the same day. We needed the van in a hurry so Lou Ann came in early the next morning to do the "dealer prep" and we had the new Transit by 9am. Lou Ann and the management staff were very helpful and really seemed to have our interests at heart. The new van has met all our expectations and we feel we got a fair price.
