Taylor has been the best salesperson we have ever had. First we live in a small town and they always say shop @ home. She had thought she had found us what we were looking for. It was a new trade in and she hunted for it for a week and found out someone had already sold it. So then last week she found the exact car, color and options we were wanting. She even let us take it home and try it out. We loved it and after taking it back, they detailed it and had everything fixed that needed done for the inspection, she then took the time on her day off to bring it to us, so we wouldn't have to make the trip up there again. On top of that right before we were to meet we found out my daughter's car that we were trading in was in a hit and run in the parking lot where she works. Of course I was freaking out, and Taylor was so calm and called her manager and told us not to worry, she then drove our trade in back to their dealership which is 40 minutes from our home called me the next day and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. We took care of it with our insurance and even though the person who hit the car has not been found, Taylor made what started as a bad day into a good one.
