My experience with Eric and David was subperb. I was looking to trade vehicles and even though my vehicle of initial interest was not workable Eric and David went the to the extra effort to introduce m looking to trade vehicles and even though my vehicle of initial interest was not workable Eric and David went the to the extra effort to introduce me to a vehicle ( F-150 XLT) that met my needs with the features and condition that I was seeking. The sales price negoitiations was a pleasant experience that was certainly different from the stereotypical vision of a car salesman. Les was very helpful in finding us a car and narrowing down our options. We were unsure if we wanted a SUV or 4 door car and he showed us the different features each had to offer and let us test drive man down our options. He did a great job at only showing us cars that were in our budget and listened to what was important to us in a vehicle. He and the finance guy stayed late to make sure that everything was taken care of for us and that we were happy with everything and our purchase. We had to pick up our son and come back to pick up the vehicle after he got the Pro Pack and Les made sure the car was fully detailed and had even taken the time to install our son's car seat in it for us before we got back. The reason behind my ratings are that I seen the car I wanted. I walked into the dealership and within seconds, Mark Dietzl was there to assist me and my mom. It was raining and cold that day but Mark wen wanted. I walked into the dealership and within seconds, Mark Dietzl was there to assist me and my mom. It was raining and cold that day but Mark went out and brought me the vehicle I had chosen. He let me test drive it and showed me how to use the SYNC and Bluetooth systems within the car. I purchased that car and have been in love with it ever since. Also, Mark went outside in the cold rain and changed my plates from my old car to my new one and that saved me a lot of hassle. I recommend this dealership if you are looking for top of the line service and top of line vehicles. More

My experience buying my used car was unexpectedly pleasant. Having owed my previous car for 14 years, purchasing a newer car was something I hadn't done for a while. Being a single women I think you go into this process expecting it to be a headache. However, Mark was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in and treated me with complete respect. He listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford and came through for me completely.
