Troy did a good job handling my short notice request to view an F-150 that they had. I had an excellent experience with Joe Machens Ford. I have always bought my new cars locally in Boonville but that dealership did not have the options in the particular make/model that I was wanting. They made no effort to try to find me a car with the options I wanted. I decided to go to Joe Machens. They had a 6 different escapes with the options I was looking for. From the initial phone conversation with Bruce to the signing of the paperwork with Charlie I could not have been more satisfied. Bruce was extremely friendly and explained everything about the car thoroughly. Bruce took the time to follow up with a phone call several days later to make sure everything was going ok with the new car. I feel everyone there went out of their way to make the whole experience as smooth and quick as possible. I will recommend Joe Machens Ford to anyone and will definitely go back for any future purchases. Thanks to all of you for a GREAT experience. More

We have owned Ford vehicles, both cars and trucks, all our life so when it was time to trade we made the 90 mile trip to Joe Machens Ford. We traded our 2012 Fusion for a 2014 Fusion Hybrid and worked wit our life so when it was time to trade we made the 90 mile trip to Joe Machens Ford. We traded our 2012 Fusion for a 2014 Fusion Hybrid and worked with Bruce "Cotton" Mulnix. Bruce has helped us negotiate the best deal for our last several trades, so it was only natural that we use his services again for this trade. Bruce is knowledgeable about the vehicle and takes the time to show how all the systems operate. He also makes himself available if we have questions after the sale. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helped us have a positive experience. More
In July of 2008 my soon to be wife and I purchased a used 2006 F250. After the initial sighting of the truck we came back to the dealership to talk to some one about pricing and discovered the DVD player mo 2006 F250. After the initial sighting of the truck we came back to the dealership to talk to some one about pricing and discovered the DVD player mounted in the headliner had been stolen. Machens Ford would not replace the DVD system, but would replace the headliner with a new one. We were also sold the undercoating for the chassis of the truck. We purchased the truck and brought it home. The next day we were asked to bring it back in for the headliner replacement and undercoating. I asked if the headliner had been ordered and what the time frame was to install both. I was told the headliner would be in on the next day so I would have the truck back in 2 days. After 5 days I was starting to get frustrated not receiving phone calls or any communication from the dealership. When I did finally pick the truck back up, the headliner was perfect. The undercoating was lack luster. They did not clean the truck at all before applying the coating. This caused pealing in a short amount of time. When I approached the truck center sales manager at the time about this issue his comment was: Why do you want to fix it? You have the warranty. This I felt was not the proper reply to a customer that just spent $32,000 10 days ago. We sent emails to the customer relations manager and told the salesmen about that and their reply, OH NO you didn't need to do that. I was so disgusted with Joe Machens Ford I did not set foot on any of their properties or call for parts for nearly 6 years. At the time their communications with customers after the sale was very poor and scheduling of service after the sale was worse. In the last month however, Terry Sells arranged for a loaner truck be delivered to me at work as they picked up my 2006 F250 and removed the undercoating as best as possible and reapplied. Communication was great and they returned the truck with no delay. Thank you. More
After renting a Fusion for a week, I loved it so much and decided that we wanted one. We looked online and met up with Troy Atkisson to arrange a weekend test drive. Needless to say, we fell in love with the car and, after some comparison shopping we found that the Ford truck center had the best deal by far! We met up with Troy the next day and sealed the deal. Everything was very easy, low pressure and hassle free, and the dealership was very accommodating regarding our trade-in being in a body shop. Troy and the management staff at the truck center took great care of us and I will gladly visit them for future purchases! More

This dealership was nice to work with, as we drove more than 5 hours to purchase a car from them based on the dealership website. The process took a little longer once we got to the dealership waiting on than 5 hours to purchase a car from them based on the dealership website. The process took a little longer once we got to the dealership waiting on finance staff to process paperwork and then our car to be washed, but the staff was very friendly and apologized for the delays. We feel like we got a very fair deal on the purchase and are enjoying our new vehicle. More
