Air Conditioning repair While the day I had the repair done was great. Excellent costumer service guy and cashier, my previous experience wasn't so great. The customer service guy I had in the beginning didn't seem at all concerned about my dilemma, and the cashier I had at my first experience, tried to tell me my credit card expired this month and I needed to get the current information. I didn't argue with her but I knew she was incorrect and that my credit card didn't expire until October. I don't know what was up with all of that lecture. I also wasn't happy that I wasn't called when the part came in and a service wasn't scheduled. If I hadn't called and checked with the parts department, I wonder how long it would have been before someone contacted me. It also took me an hour and a half to finally be able to speak to a service representative. It was a repair to fix the air conditioning, in August, one of the hottest times of the year. I would think they would have wanted to make sure we were satisfied and get that fixed as soon as possible. More
Overcharged Cost me 90 bucks to tighten two bolts. Cancelled my warranty and will never return. They sold me the vehicle that way. Haven't owned it 45 days. Extended warranty dishonesty. Not total honesty with trade (stating due to carfax - having been in 1 finder bender and car fixed by dealer it was worth less) and final pricing. Manager said extended warranty was 1600 when actually after i reviewed paperwork at home it was 3600. Alot of difference. Honesty was lacking. More
