Service manager made sure to fit in my horn repair before my family vacation. They allowed me to use an empty conference room to take business calls, had unlimited Tazo tea which I love and even had bananas my family vacation. I brought my car because it died at a stoplight. I was able to start it and drove it on. I was asked if it was a Ford ( it isn’t but I bought it from this dealership 9 years ago and you’ve serviced it ove able to start it and drove it on. And then that it might not be that day. Definitely felt unwanted. After checking it in on Tuesday, I didn’t hear anything until I reached out on Friday to inquire. Later on Friday I was told I needed to take it to Honda because they pulled codes and didn’t know what to do. During this conversation the tech asked me if the car was running which I found odd because he’s looking at the paperwork. I picked the car up to take it some else but this was not a good experience. If the dealership is no longer servicing cars that aren’t Fords, then let us know. That would impact my decision on buying another car from you if it’s not a Ford. More
Had an 11am appointment to change the oil. Dropped off the F150 by 10:45. Stopped back after 2pm and they hadn’t even started on it! And they didn’t check the one thing I asked them to check. The service advisor was immediately willing to resolve my issues with a motorhome chassis recall. However it turned out to be a bigger job than Ford suggested it would be so they needed to keep my vehicle a issues with a motorhome chassis recall. I appreciate their willingness to keep a Ford customer happy even though the vehicle wasn't purchased there. Everyone in the dealership was informative, helpful, and dedicated to my satisfaction More
