I had the pleasure of working with both Eric in the service department and Billy in the sales department. Although there was some confusion on what my warranty covered they went way out of their way to service department and Billy in the sales department. Normally have great service. The day I was there for an oil change it took over 2 hours. I had an appt. The lady at the desk commented multiple times that she's only worked 2 Saturdays so she didn't know h oil change it took over 2 hours. I had an appt.
