When I bought my new Kia Soul everyone was amazing. Not even 2 days later it wouldn’t start, my Dad replaced the battery and a few days after that it wouldn’t start again. I called back to the dealership a even 2 days later it wouldn’t start, my Dad replaced the battery and a few days after that it wouldn’t start again. I called back to the dealership and they not only towed my vehicle for free but they also inspected it and replaced the starter for free. Best service I have ever received, more than thankful. I’m not sure who exactly fixed my car but they would get a 5 star from me regardless. More
After a concern of my Jeep pulling to the left, found out I was only using one side of the brakes. In further inspection found that two different brake pads where used witch caused more issues. They seem to have fixed the issues with the car (specifically the front wheel bearing) after having to argue and explain what the issue was despite being told they had checked the noise previously (specifically the front wheel bearing) after having to argue and explain what the issue was despite being told they had checked the noise previously with a stethoscope by the representative, the mechanic however told me he had NOT checked it with a stethoscope, but decided it was the tires. In the end it was the wheel bearing. Have not checked car for leaks from replaced seal. Thanks, Bret More
