2/3 appointment were terrible! Purchase my car privately in October 2020 and took it in for an oil change and asked them to look at this like bouncing noise in front. They diagnosed issue or what they told issue and I took back middle of November to fix what was suggested. Got there checked in for my 1pm appointment and about 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time they came out and told they would need to reschedule because they didn’t have enough techs. I spoke to service manager or thought was and asked why someone couldn’t have reached out before I drove an hour to the appointment she told me she hadn’t look at their schedule. (BTW What they requested to fix the noise but it didn’t fix it) Then I went back in January to get oil changed again and asked to have shocks replaced (trying to self diagnose noise) instead of replacing shocks they redid the same work they did in November. Nothing was questioned until I called back and asked about the work and what I was charged for. They did make it right and great customer service at that appointment (should be there hundreds of dollar mistake) and made it right but I think if I wouldn’t have specifically requested Keith Walters be the tech I don’t feel the noise would have been fixed and they would have just replaced the shocks. If I ever go back Keith will be only one working on my car. More

Dropped of my vehicle the night before. Received a text message around 9am that tech was working on vehicle. Went pick up wasn’t ready at 12ish. Very disappointing. I was there for over 2 hours for a simple tune up and oil change. Apparently there was other work that needed to be done to the car but instead of coming out and letting me know, I was simple tune up and oil change. As well, I looked at the list of things that were supposed to be checked and according to the list, they checked the rear wiper blade that I have asked 3 times now to be changed and the same dry rotted blade is still on it. Must not have checked it very well, if at all. And as far as no one coming out to let me know anything because of the Corona virus, you can save that excuse. Several people from the sales department were coming in getting coffee and talking with people without wearing a mask. Overall experience, very disappointing. More
