I called to schedule an appointment for a recall notice that I'd received in the mail. The first person I talked to indignantly asked why I was calling as though I was wasting his time. After I told told him why he continued to act as though I was wasting his time. He finally passed me on to a kind lady who took my information and said she would contact me when parts were available. I was contacted about 3 weeks later and scheduled for a repair. After I was in the waiting room for the service department I was told that parts WERE NOT available yet and I never should have been called. Pretty xxxx frustrating! More

Spoke to service guy at 11 when he said my car was done getting the oil changed. He said he would leave my keys and ticket in my car. Had my friend and wife go pick it up and it was left unlocked with no k getting the oil changed. He said he would leave my keys and ticket in my car.
