Where to begin? Starting with my most recent experience: I took my truck up there for an oil change and they supposedly found a leak - I have never leaked oil anywhere and my oil was never lo experience: I took my truck up there for an oil change and they supposedly found a leak - I have never leaked oil anywhere and my oil was never low. Besides, my truck had only 8,500 miles on it. Since it was under warranty, I had them fix it. A week later, my truck was having all sorts of misfires. They couldn’t replicate it and were very stubborn about fixing my truck even though the service engine light was telling them that the misfires were in cylinders 3 and 4. They finally replaced the spark plugs and plug wires. 3 days after getting my truck back, misfires were happening again. They couldn’t replicate the issue so they refused to do any work to my truck. After all of that, and an employee yelling at me because I said that they “magically find leaks” (they did this on my last truck with coolant and after a 30 min drive, I had no coolant left after they “fixed” my truck). So I also had to speak with a manager about the disrespectful employee. Needless to say, another Ford dealer will get my business. Their sales department is so bad that I bought my truck an hour and a half away just to avoid Machens. I will do the same with my maintenance. More

Set up appointment online to replace engine air filter and cabin air filter. The appointment took an hour and 15 minutes to replace the engine air filter.
