Got me in in a couple days which was appreciated. Staff was very nice. When I picked up my truck it was doing the same thing leaving the lot that they said they just fixed. Service was good everybody was very nice and it didn’t take them very long to get our oil change. Brought in a friends car that needed keys programmed to a new computer (ecm) walked in to see if i could get it done on a tuesday, they were busy no big deal. I get an appointment set up by my advisor for fr new computer (ecm) walked in to see if i could get it done on a tuesday, they were busy no big deal. I get an appointment set up by my advisor for friday for 1pm. Friday comes around i drop the car off at 8 am to give them time with it even though I know it takes 30-45 minutes to initialize a pcm and program keys but I know there are other customers other than me. I call at 4:45 and ask if its done i get transfered to the advisors voicemail three times. At this point Im super frustrated because my friend needs his car for a weekend trip. About 5 my advisor calls me back and tells me its not done and they need it till monday. Noon rolls around on monday and its finally done I get there and my first bill I was handed was for nearly 350$ when i was told it was a half hour for initialization of pcm and another half hour for programming keys. Then the cashiers did an excellent job and got my bill down to 100 which was what it shouldve been in the first place. More
