My battery failed while I was running errands. Fortunately I was able to get a jump start. Although it was late in the afternoon I decided to head to Joe Machens Ford where I get all my service w Fortunately I was able to get a jump start. Although it was late in the afternoon I decided to head to Joe Machens Ford where I get all my service work done on my 2015 F150. I didn't have an appointment but the service dept. worked me in to replace my battery and even honored my request for an oil change and tire rotation. After I left and got home I looked over the invoice and other paperwork and had several questions about the service. I called and my service tech had gone home for the day. I was able to speak to another tech "Angie" who answered all my questions. The Machens team took good care of me that day. On another note, I appreciate the service and maintenance notices I receive as emails. More
