I don’t like how the price for an oil change jumped to include tire rotation. I bought my tires there to include rotation and balancing and not drive up my oil change price. Since the basic oil change now charges me for something I already paid for with the tire purchase, I’ll save $30 and go back to changing my own. Also the last person helping me 2 weeks ago first told me that balancing was not covered with my tire purchase, which is obviously incorrect, and asked me when I bought my tires, I’m a Quality supervisor and like I’d tell my folks, don’t ask the customer for information you have on your screen and should already have knowledge of. I didn’t rate your suggested customer service techs down bc I’m not sure those were the folks helping me this last time, I know for sure one did not. Lastly, I’m one of the very few that check under my car and I’m missing new undercarriage shield clips every time I take it there. When they break a 10 cent clip, put a new one on. More

Took car in for 2 recalls. Recall work took a day...but the repairs from the damage done to my car that happened when the recalls were being fixed took a week. My door handles are still not right.
