When I arrived no one opened the bay door. Walked in through waiting area. 3 people in service area but 2 were discussing their lunch order and third helping another customer. Very upset that the oil leak was not found until my car was out of warranty. I’ve been reporting leak since 2010 and it was never found. I cannot rate the service people listed below.
