I tried to schedule an oil change, field service bulletin work and an issue with my towing electrical connector. They could only do the oil change in my schedule restraint. I arrived on time and waited an work and an issue with my towing electrical connector. They could only do the oil change in my schedule restraint. I arrived on time and waited an hour and 45 minutes for my truck! Got all green checks on multi point inspection form but tire pressure was low, antifreeze was at minimum and steering wheel was dirty. I will not return to this dealer. More
