I went to Joe Machens, 5.15.21 My car was telling me I had low oil pressure. Tom Williams helped me. I told him to treat me as if I was his mother. He did just that. We bought the car from Machens and we use them as much as possible. Had to use Riley cheverolet a few times and they also were excellent to work with. Machens is close to our apartment. Not a bad experience, just nothing special to pull me back other than I bought the car there. Disappointed that I left off car the day before on Friday for just an oil change service and it still was no back other than I bought the car there. Asked for a quote for new tires that my last oil change report said I needed, but never got a call, text or a quote. Bought them today for $1,000 at another shop in town. Would have bought them Saturday and had them put on if I had gotten a call. Would have saved me a trip. Seems like staffing is a real problem, which is impacting many businesses lately, so I am not angry, just disappointed. More

The service center did an outstanding job in getting me back on the road. I ripped the sidewall out of a tire and they had one in stock.
