Trying to call service department to speak to an advisor or schedule a service is a complete joke. I have a recall on the car also that they didn’t even bother doing. Appointment was at 8am was told just to or schedule a service is a complete joke. I have a recall on the car also that they didn’t even bother doing. The last service my car had it was marked as needing brake pads so I requested a brake inspection this time I’m told the pads were wider then the previous time. More

Took my truck to get looked at because engine light was on. Had it in there three different times, last time had to have it towed in after they said it was fixed. The wait for my oil change was over 1 1/2 hrs. Since I had an appointment, that to me, was excessive. You need to work on that. I did appreciate the soda and fruit you had available for customers. But one area you are extremely lacking in are magazines that are of interest to women. Hunting, fishing, and vehicle magazines don't get it.. A large percent of your business comes from women that also have extended wait times for their servicing. Your dealership needs to spend some money on subscription magazines that are of interest to women! More
