Horrible customer service The service manager straight up lied about his name and proceeded to tell me it was illegal to wave a deductible. I said no problem that I won't be coming back and would be writing a bad review he got right in my face and started yelling at me like I was some child be scolded by a parent. Was very unprofessional. When I talked to another employee I was told that Scott(the service manager) acts like that all the time, that it is just the way he is. Can't believe he has that position with that kind of attitude. Mr Linghamer should re educate his employees about customer service. My self and several of my friends will no longer giving them out business or recommending them to anyone. Just beware once they sell you a car you become second class person to them. More

Fair enough so I set up a appoint for the next day. Dropped the car off did not hear back from the dealer that day called at the end of the day and was told they had not looked at it ? The next day I called to inquire what was going on at 4 pm and was told that they had to order parts and If the parts come in the next day they may be able to fix it . I asked for a ETA when the car would be done and was told when they get the parts it will be done . I was told they are real busy and that was the best they could tell me .Dont buy a car from these guys and dont take your car there for service. More
