Some good some not so good My initial visit for my recall was a mess. The car was not worked on as scheduled and when it was worked on they discovered the needed parts were not My initial visit for my recall was a mess. The car was not worked on as scheduled and when it was worked on they discovered the needed parts were not available. But it was ordered by overnight delivery to be delivered the next morning.. Then it was discovered that Hyundai did not have any and it was on back order to arrive in about 10 days or so. There were no loaner cars available so mine had to be put back together so I would have a car to drive while waiting for the part. When the part did arrive I was notified,, an appointment scheduled and the car repaired per the recall. Overall I wonder why I was scheduled when the part was not available. A couple of extra trips made but now the car is fixed. More

Giving another chance. Decided to try your service once more after a bad one concerning a tire issue. When got the airbag recall notice, decided to try you again. Dalton Pence was professional and nice and made us feel appreciated, just to note, he was not the person we talked with over the tire debacle. Set up appt thru Dalton to have our 2006 VW Jetta worked on soon thru your dealership. Look forward to see the good service we recently had continues. We are new to area, as we are from the Northern Panhandle near Wheeling. Wheeling VW & Subaru is where are many cars were purchased and can’t say enough good things as to how my wife was treated by the whole dealership, from sales to service. Friendly Had just stopped in to sit in a Traverse. Found one that we liked the color of. Rich was our salesmen and we took it for a test drive.
