Good service They’ve always done a decent job on whatever my Chevrolet has needed. I would hesitate, however, to make an appointment online. I did that and even got an email confirming the date and time, but when I got to the service department they had no record of my appointment. It was just for a basic 15,000 mile service. I had decided to wait because I didn’t think it would take so long, but I was there nearly six hours. Had I known that I would’ve had them take me home and come back to get me. More

Mr Starcher was sitting in front and the middle aged shorter man stated “Maybe you can helper her evidently I’m not good enough”. Mr Starcher looked a little taken aback. I sat down with him and he asked me questions on what as was looking for and so on. He was kind, listened and helped me figure out what I wanted to what I could afford. When I came back the next day the first salesman bristled as I passed an office he was sitting in someone’s glass office. If I hadn’t known Joey Holland through my boys father Mark Keener and my oldest boy Nick went to junior high with Jeremy and Bret I would have just left (after the experience with the first man).
