My Overall Experience With Joe Holland Sammi King was awesome as a sales rep and really helped throughout my whole experience. She was walking with Joe Holland at the time I stepped on the lot, but still took time to let me know that someone would be with me. I had to leave the lot due to limited time on my lunch break. However, when I returned to go over vehicles, it was 10 minutes till the dealership was closing and she stayed over to understand my need, discuss my options, and go over the process with me. I came back the next day and worked with her specifically. We found a car that I absolutely love and I'm now happy with. She's followed up with me and helped with any questions that I brought to her attention. In my opinion, she made my first new car purchase smooth and enjoyable. The longest part of the process was the financing, but it was understandable given the number of customers in front of me. The only improvement I have to offer is more discussion regarding vehicle payment. I haven't been in touch with Wells and am still unsure on how I'll be making payments. I would love to get that setup sooner than later to get ahead of my payment schedule versus falling behind. The dealership was amazing though. More
