Why Joe Holland? This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased at Joe Holland. I also have all of my service work done there. The sales person has always been friendly and helpful. I try to go into the trade-in and purchase of a new car knowing my realistic trade in value and loan interest rate. I have never been disappointed with the trade in offered, or the interest rate that was arranged. One really great service they have is the separate oil change facility. This is so much more convenient than having to make an appointment and go the regular service facility. At both the oil change and regular service department, I believe they have always been honest with me. I also appreciate that they have never tried to sell me anything. They will make suggestions, but never a hard sell. As I tell people, when I dropped the car off for a state inspection I felt comfortable in telling them that if it needs brakes go ahead a do them. When I picked up the car, I was told that the brakes were ok, and did not need replaced. Having the service work done there also helps on trade in, as they have a full record of all maintenance to show the next buyer. More

On April 27, 2016 we had an appointment to have an oil change & tires rotated & balanced on the 2009 Hyundai, no thought of trading cars. Mr. Shah met with us while waiting on our car to be serviced. He wanted to show us how many changes had been made to the 2016 Sonata verses the 2009. He took us for a trial ride. My husband liked some of the new features and also how it handled. The rest is history! Still wished we hadn't spent almost $200 on the 2009. More
