Two Thumbs Up My overall buying experience with John King was excellent. I really like to see a sales associate who worked his way up from detail work. From what I can tell John is a lead sales person. He is a go getter, which is great. However there were a few times when I could tell that I did not have his full attention. Every sales person wants to make more sales. There were times when I can tell that his attention was being drawn to other people that he felt he needed to service. Sometimes the better sales persons need to just hand off a lead to the less experienced sales persons. When a sales person is with a customer, that customer deserves their undivided attention. As I stated before John is an excellent salesperson this is only being stated for the purpose of John growing into an even better salesperson. Just What I Wanted I had researched the Elantra for several weeks and decided it was the car I wanted to purchase. I checked several different dealer's websites to find the best price. Joe Holland had the best price on the car with the options that I wanted. The closest dealer to me had a good price list on the website, but when I went to look at the car they had added $5000 to the price for the car. A Market Value Adjustment. The price listed on the Joe Holland website was the price I had to pay. I am very satisfied with the price I ended up paying. The sales staff was very helpful and did not push me to buy the car or to buy something that I did not want.
