Believe it or not, I had nothing but pleasant experiences with Joe Heidt. My 2003 Passat had a problem with the trunk lock. The lock would open while I was driving & I had to pull my car on the shoulder to with Joe Heidt. My 2003 Passat had a problem with the trunk lock. The lock would open while I was driving & I had to pull my car on the shoulder to keep my truck from flying open. Whenever I brought the car back (at least 5 times), before it was finally fixed properly, they were nothing but accommodating, helpful & polite. Ultimately they did fix the lock properly. Then on 6-21-06 I was rear-ended by a pick-up truck on a bridge. My car was declared totalled & I plan on buying a 2006 Jetta. More
Couldn't fix a thing and when they realized it they wouldn't even reflect my complaints of report and would reflect 1 or 2 day services when they kept vehicle for 3 occasions 7days, 11 days and 4 days wouldn't even reflect my complaints of report and would reflect 1 or 2 day services when they kept vehicle for 3 occasions 7days, 11 days and 4 days.Will sue for consumer fraud if lemon suit isn't settled expeditiously More
