This May, Joe Heidt Motors is celebrating it's 66th year in business, and to this day the store is family owned and operated (now in our third generation!)

I was here about ten years ago when shopping for my last car purchase. So happy to see the improvements in the show room and sales people attitudes. I went in for service on my 2010 VW CC . . I received a quote for repairs . I told the service manager cost was not worth fixing , since tge car is 2010. Not once did the service representati . Not once did the service representative ask me if I was interested in leasing / purchasing another vehicle . As I was waiting to pay the required $159.00 , I watched three to four sales people doing nothing .. No one approached me ! what a missed opportunity,.. I now receive a text thanking me for getting my vehicle serviced there ??? Very disappointing , moving in the purchase another VW at another dealership More

I purchased my 2020 VW Tiguan SE from Joe Heidt in June, 2021. (The salesman who sold me the car is no longer at the dealership). The 2020 Tiguan has been good to drive, and it carries my windsurfing equi 2021. (The salesman who sold me the car is no longer at the dealership). The 2020 Tiguan has been good to drive, and it carries my windsurfing equipment in Florida well, on numerous occasions. (We are snow-birds and go back and forth from New Jersey to Florida). On the bad side, the 4 drain drainage system in the panoramic sunroof failed miserably, and I had to have it replaced, which took 7 days to accomplish. All the carpeting in the back seat area had to be replaced. The car still smells funky whenever it rains hard. In my opinion, the design of the panoramic sun roof is sub-standard. I would not buy another VW Tiguan with a panoramic sunroof, from Joe Heidt VW, or anywhere else. More
