DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport on July 21st. I took it for a test drive and notice a few minor issues such as a broken trunk hatch a I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport on July 21st. I took it for a test drive and notice a few minor issues such as a broken trunk hatch and the passenger rear door not being able to open. Asked them to fix these issues in order for me to purchase and they agreed. They fixed the trunk lath right then and there and told me a part needed to be ordered to fix the door. As I drove home from the dealer that day I hit a small pothole which cause a condition called the death wobble. Not knowing what this was I figured it was a one time thing but over the course of 3 days the issues happened 6 times. So on Tuesday I called the dealer back to tell them about the problem. I was told to bring the car in at 10am that day. When I got there after researching the issue I told the service tech that it was having death wobble issues. He responded by saying “oh the issue all lifted Jeeps have and isn’t curable”. I got out and waiting for them to check on the vehicle. 2hrs later he returned to tell me that they drove the car around and it had no issue that they could tell the test drive. I said that’s impossible, there is no way that is normal, somebody could crazy and get seriously hurt. He said well I’ll have our “Jeeps Guy” come speak with you. The Jeeps guy proceeded to tel me there was nothing wrong until I showed him a YouTube video of what was happening. He agreed with me that it wasn’t normal and could be fixed. I was there told to come back on Thursday at 1pm and he would handle the problem himself as he has Jeeps of his own and could recreate the problem easily in a test drive. Thursday I returned and just dropped my car off as I figured it would take a long while. I called for an updat at about 6:30pm because I knew it wasn’t long before the shop closed. I was told that they were “still plugging away on it. I was also told that I would be called at 10am with a update if it wasn’t ready. 12pm the next day I received no call so I called myself, A service rep told me that they were fixing the ball bearing on the right side and would be done soon. At 3pm my truck was ready to be picked up. I picked it up at 4:45 and by 7pm the death wobble reoccurred while I was driving on the expressway. I had to wait till Saturday morning to call about the continued issue but when I did I was told to just bring them the truck at the very moment so I did so. When I arrive the service rep came to me to ask what the issue was. I told him the death wobble was still occurring, he then said ok and walked into a office to talk to another guy. 2 minutes later he came back and said my Jeep guy isn’t here today come back Monday morning. Considering 30 mins prior to that convo I was told to come right up I was angry. I told the guy this wasn’t going to work. He respond in a smart tone “bring it Monday morning or don’t be seen untill the end of August”. I had no choice but to take it. He didn’t care that I had drove 30 minutes in each direction 3 times in a week for the same issue for a truck that I had only had for 7 days. Driving home I almost caused 2 accidents due to this death wobble issue. They did not properly check this car before selling it. They sold it to me completely unsafe. Nobody cares about the time I’ve had to spend driving back and forth from buffalo to Niagara Falls to resolve this issue. How does a dealer this size have one Jeep guy?! I would not tell anyone to purchase from here or do any dealing with this place. More

+6 Months Into My Purchase Buying a car was an intimidating and frustrating experience but the team at Cecconi's made it a lot easier to navigate. The beginning was rocky due to my lack of trust in dealerships (rooted in hearsay) and the pains of purchasing a used car. Tony Ricco, Gary Zipp, and my man Keith have taken extremely good care of me regardless of the fact that I am an outspoken, demanding, complete pain of a customer. They helped me to get out of my lease, roll the payments into my new purchase, took care of any initial issues with my used vehicle as quickly as possible with as little effort on my end, and have done everything in their power to keep the corners of my mouth turned upright. Tony even called me on my birthday last month... Is he an angel? Maybe. And Gary, patience of a saint, really understands how to keep his customers from having meltdowns in public. They stand by their work, treat their customers with value and respect. I highly recommend this group and am always happy to see them when I go in for service work. Thanks guys! Inconsiderate Car Appraiser My husband and I were at this dealership on June 30, 2018, trying to make a deal for a used vehicle on their lot. The car appraiser took our truck ou My husband and I were at this dealership on June 30, 2018, trying to make a deal for a used vehicle on their lot. The car appraiser took our truck out for a test drive. After we could not reach a deal we were both happy with, the salesman gave us back our keys, shook our hands and we left to get back in our truck to drive home. As we stared our truck we realized the brake pedal went right to the floor. My husband got out of our truck to look underneath and discovered the brake line had broken. There was a puddle under our truck and a trail out of the lot to the street. We do realize our truck is older and it is not in perfect condition. This is why were there in the first place. We drove to the dealership from Depew NY and the salesman knew this. I am at a loss for words at the fact that they let us get back in our vehicle and NEVER mentioned the fact that the brakes went! Both myself and my husband went back into the dealership separately and there was no remorse for letting us try to drive our vehicle back home without brakes. We both talked to the salesman and the appraiser and we got different stories each time. This makes me think they were trying to cover their tracks. I will tell everyone I know this story and I will tell them to never go to this dealership to purchase a used car if an appraisal is needed! So sad by this!! More

DO NOT BUY/LEASE A CAR FROM Joe Cecconi's! It has been nothing but a hassel! I had previously reviewed this dealership in a positive manner, but that since has changed. When I was going thr It has been nothing but a hassel! I had previously reviewed this dealership in a positive manner, but that since has changed. When I was going through the leasing process they had told me that they were going to buy out my current lease that had 5 payments left and were going to pay the fees associated with ending the lease early..which they didn't and I had to cover the disposition fee! When I picked up my new car, it was FILTHY! There was dirt on the glove compartment box, in the door handles and on the rug. They said they had it detailed, but whoever did, did a horrible job! Now mind you, I have had this new Lease since the end of March, and they called me TODAY and said they needed "Proof" of my former lease...Which they had been given several times! They said they had new people in the department and my paperwork was missing...are you kidding?!? This will be the First and LAST time I ever work with them. More
