I gave my trade info to this low end dealership- Plus a stock number for a purchase. I made an offer online and then again by text with TY Stanford - Sales Manager. My offer was a DEAL OR NO DEAL out the d stock number for a purchase. I made an offer online and then again by text with TY Stanford - Sales Manager. My offer was a DEAL OR NO DEAL out the door 41 grand for the ever worse van to own 26 Ram Promaster. A well known another over priced low quality product. I figure I'm doing this place a favor because they have a huge over stock up to 3 years back. TY avoided my offer and played every dealer polytrick to get me in the door. First the possible buyer for my truck. REPLY- DEAL OR NO DEAL- Next was the appraisal that dealers are not appraisers- Just to try to get me in the door. Oncse again my reply- DEAL OR NO DEAL. Then the caps of how can we put a number on your trade without seeing the truck. That was it for me- DEAL OR NO DEAL OR DON'T contact me again. So what does he do? Yep, contacts me and wants to talk about making me a great deal. I swear all these dealers think we are not educated. TY ALL I WANT IS A DEAL OR NO DEAL OUT OF YOU- IF there is no numbers- Then we don't have a deal in play. Anyway, I moved on. I can not deal with tricksters. It just makes my angry. More
Salesman Pancho was amazing to deal with. Since then, the service department has been a complete disappointment. I schedule an oil change not once but twice and both occasions I was there 3+ Since then, the service department has been a complete disappointment. They lost my truck to start off and are trying to overcharge me by trying to add extra stuff. They're absolutely horrible. Do not recommend More
Bought over the last 5ish years 2 brand new ram 2500 trucks and last year 2 brand new cars all totalling over $200,000.recently after trying to buy a new ram 2500 I couldn't make a deal ,I highly recomm trucks and last year 2 brand new cars all totalling over $200,000.recently after trying to buy a new ram 2500 I couldn't make a deal ,I highly recommend go somewhere else for your purchase.also I also recommend don't use their service department ,they don't know how to check and set tire pressures and after a $100 + oil change they I found leaking oil all over my driveway because when removing my truck oil filter they turned it sideways and oil spilled on the frame and chassis .they have definitely changed for the worse and i don't think they care.i care and I'm going some where else for my next purchase More
Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for DPF filter issues. Dan Macdonell and Alex Bevacqua did a great job getting the part ordered and follow up was great. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed.
