When I made my appointment for service, I asked the rep if I would receive a rental that was close to the same size of my vehicle and was told that I would. When I arrived at the rental company, they said the reservation was for an intermediate car which is smaller than the SUV I was expecting. When I called Joe Bullard I was told that if I wanted something larger I would have to pay $20 dollars a day for it. Because I needed a larger vehicle (still smaller SUV than what was being serviced) for my daily routine, I ended up paying $60 for a rental. I don’t understand why rentals can’t be for the same size vehicle being serviced. I expect better from this type of car company. It’s hard to believe that their customers that pay 60-100k+ for a SUV would be reduced to a Toyota Corolla. Maybe they have a customer tier system and others are given better options. More

I received an airbag recall notice and was invited to schedule an appointment with Joe Bullard Cadillac. I did. After driving 85 miles one way I was informed that the wait would be approximately two hour schedule an appointment with Joe Bullard Cadillac. I did. After driving 85 miles one way I was informed that the wait would be approximately two hours before they would be able to begin even though I had made an appointment. After two months, I rescheduled the appointment. While there, even though I did not ask them to do so, they prepared a repair estimate on a punchcard list of things that they claimed needed to be done. Using their list, I prepared a list of things to check and repair as needed and took it to a dealer that I trust in Thomasville, Alabama. He replaced the brake pads and turned the rear rotors. The total cost was $100. Joe Bullard wanted $616.73 to do the same. The punchcard list would’ve cost $2462.89. The rest of the things that they said needed to be done we’re all checked and we’re not needed at all. There are no words in the English language that accurately convey how disappointed, disgusted, and totally bewildered that I am with Joe Bullard Cadillac. I wouldn’t take a go cart to them to be repaired. They also told me that a vacuum and car wash would be included when they replace the airbags. They did not wash the vehicle. That’s no big deal, however, people out to do what they say they’re going to do. Billy Harris More
