I had previously been informed during a routine maintenance checkup that the mechanic had noticed that my rear axle seals were leaking and grease had gotten on my rear brake pads. I was given a written report of the repairs needed and a quote for the repair work. I could not leave my GMC z71 pickup truck with them at time. A few weeks later I called to schedule a time to bring the truck back in. Everything from that point on was handled in a courteous and professional manner. One of the things that is imprressive that strikes me is when delivering your vehicle to the service area is the cleanliness and friendly staff you encounter. Everyone I came in contact with went out of their way to ask if I needed anything or if I was being taken care of. My repairs were made in a timely manner and I was contacted about what time the vehicle would be ready. The quote I was given earlier was what I paid for the repairs. I am very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle.I would reccomend Joe Bullard to anyone in need of quality vehicle repair work.The Joe Bullard staff certainly takes pride in the service they provide. Memorial Day as we were returning from out-of-town, we decided to stop by the dealership (not knowing they would be open) and just look at used cars. We had an idea of what we wanted and price we wanted decided to stop by the dealership (not knowing they would be open) and just look at used cars. We had an idea of what we wanted and price we wanted to pay. Andrew greeted us as we parked our car and much to our surprise, asked what he could do to help us. He invited us inside the showroom to cool off and offered us a cool drink and time to rest awhile before attempting to talk about a vehicle. After asking some questions as to what we wanted, he brought several vehicles to the showroom so we wouldn't have to be out in the hot weather walking around. The car we had originally seen and wanted had already been purchased, so Andrew found others in the same style and price range to show us. The first two cars didn't feel right but Andrew did not give up. He found another style we had not considered and as soon as we saw it, it seemed a perfect fit. We were introduced to Ty Bullard and felt like we had come home to a real friend. Andrew took us for a test drive, we came back and signed the papers as soon as the price was negotiated to what we wanted to pay. Everyone treated us with respect, dignity and made us feel like a long-lost friend who had returned. Richard finished our experience with paperwork that didn't seem to take very long. When I arrived at the dealership I met Andrew and I had come to Joe Bullard Cadillac searching for a used car that I had seen on their Internet site. When I arrived at the dealership I met Andrew and told him what I was looking for. Unknown to me my wife had already spotted a car that she had liked. Andrew went out of the way to make sure she was going to like the car before we even talked about price. He took us for test drive around the block to ensure we would like the car. I was afraid my credit score would keep us from being able to finance the car,even though I had a considerable amount to make a down payment. Andrew again went out of his way to help us get approved. He even got me a good trade in allowance for the rolling death trap we were driving.When it came to filling out the paper work Richard made it a breeze. I can remember when my parents would buy a car we would sit for what seemed like a eternity filling out paperwork and waiting to see if they were approved. Not here. The staff made us feel like we were at home and that we were deserving of the car. This being the first real car purchase I had ever made I can say I was honestly impressed with the service I received. I appreciate all the work they did to make sure we felt like we were being treated fairly. This will not be the last purchase I make here.( On the way out my daughter spied a Cadillac she liked) Thankfully it will several more years before she is able to drive. Ben was very diligent and went above and beyond to get the exact car we were looking for... the car is perfect, just what we wanted. Ty was also great, taking time to sit and talk to us about what was happenning and to ensure us that everything was on track and going well. It was and it did. I do not remember seeing as big a smile as when I told my wife that ya'll had her car ready... Thanks Richard made the paperwork fly by with ease... the power of a sharpie to show me where to sign... I can not say enough about my outstanding visit and purchase, when you want to go back to the dealership that sold you a car to visit with the people who were involved in getting you a vehicle because they are now friends, I guess that is how it is always suppossed to work, I am glad that I found the place to go and to send my friends and family to when we need not only a new vehicle, but to meet some outstanding people as well.
