I found myself between a rock and a hard place looking for cars recently. With tuition payments to my daughters college coming every month and a now on top of that the need for a reliable car with low mil for cars recently. With tuition payments to my daughters college coming every month and a now on top of that the need for a reliable car with low miles and with a low car payment I was begining to get concerned. I was not having much luck with the reliable and low part. Dealerships asking top dollar for wornout used cars now. As soon as I walked into Joe Bullard Cadalac to look at a used car, disappointment again, it was already sold. The sales associate, Curtis WIlliams who I spoke with then pointed me to a car that was just traded in. The car was a used 1997 (can you beleive it) Toyota Lexus ES300. It looked like brand new and it drove like a million bucks. Thats old fashion talk for a very nice car! They were kind enough to arrange letting me drive it home about 13 miles to let my wife test drive it back. I took it home. As soon as she sat in it and saw that the controls were smilar to our 1999 Camry (275K miles on it) I knew she was pleased. The drive back to the dealership closed the deal for me. The ride was smooth and quite and the car was a pleasure for her to drive. When she adjusted the power seat up for a more comfortable position to drive a smile came on her face. Remember happy wife, happy life. It was the right reliable car within the price range we could afford and they arranged financing on the spot, bettering the credit union rate that I have used for over 35 years. I still can't beleive I bought a car from a Cadilac dealer! Moral of the story is if you want quality in a car go to a quality delership that has good people working for them. I drove over to Joe Bullard in search of a luxury used car. All the vehicles I was interested in were unfortunately sold before I arrived, but I was still very impressed with my experience. I arrived at the dealership early on a Monday morning. I was greeted upon arrival. Then I was introduced to Patrick Norton. He was very friendly and was eager to make sure that I found the car I was looking was greeted upon arrival. Then I was introduced to Patrick Norton. First of all, let me say that I have visited at least 20 car dealerships in the past month and Joe Bullard was without a doubt incomparable to all of the others. Each person was extremely friendly, supportive, informative, and treated me like I was family. One day, I was there for 6 hours with Eric Minardo test driving cars, going over different options, and receiving advice from him as well as Dean Minardo. He even skipped his lunch break for me. They were so patient and spent an enormous amount of time with me to get me what I was looking for within my price range. Most importantly, I never felt like I was being rushed into anything. Eric Minardo was my sales representative and he kept me updated on everything over the span of a month and a half. No other salesperson, in the past or this time, has ever kept me so informed and taken such good care of me. Although Eric was my sales representative, I felt like everyone took ownership of me and had my best interest at heart. Ben Jackson really looked out for me as well and was a joy to work with. Curtis put me in front of all the right people, making my sales experience a success. Ty Bullard, the very first person that Curtis introduced to me, gave me assurance that it would all come together, and in the end IT DID! I can’t thank Rene’ Thibodaux enough for going the extra mile to make sure I was a very happy customer. Curtis truly knew what he was doing when he brought the two of us together, because Rene’ is someone who listens to the customers, posing no kind of pressure whatsoever. He’s a very kind man, indeed! Richard Nassar assisted me with my financing, keeping my payments where they would be comfortable for me. I really appreciated him sharing warranty information with me, which I felt would be great to have with my new purchase. Curtis Williams is one funny, but professional salesman. He promised me that he would see to it that I walked out a happy customer, and I did! All of the people he put me in front of treated me like I was the most important person in the building, and from what I could see, the other customers appeared to have the same feeling. Some salespeople can be self-assertive and too aggressive. I did not encounter any of that from anyone at Joe Bullard. Because I did not encounter either of the two, my car buying experience was extremely pleasant. It does not surprise me that my brother has purchased two vehicles from Joe Bullard Cadillac.
