After meeting Robert Jones, off campus and talking for a short while, I felt assured that my time would be well spent working with the Bullard Auto Group. I was reffered to Patrick Norton where I was met with a relaxed proffesional who did not make me feel like another sale waiting to be closed. This was refreshing. I am in sales my self and I feel that these men served me as though they would want their own family members served. Patrick took the time to answer or get the answer to all my questions, even the small questions. The vehicle I purchased was used but Patrick took the time to call on the previouse owner and make a coversation available between the two of us. That was a comfort to me to know that I could talk with the person who loved this car prior to me so I could get it's history. I have never seen that before. Having been to many dealerships and spoken to many car salesmen and women, I did not get the imperssion that I would be expeced to "meet the boss" to get the good price. I was told a price, I then did my own research on the price/condition of my new car. Found the price to be more than fair, and bought the car. I couldn't be happier. No unexpected nonsense, once again how refreshing. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car that they go first two other dealers and endure the experience, then see Robert, Patrick, or any team member at Bullard Acura of Mobile and see why I give them such elevated praise. I purchased my first Bullard vehicle in 1960, and this experience was filled with the same customer oriented attitude which was established by Mr. Joe Bullard, Sr. many years ago.. There is a genuine customer service attitude by their entire staff, and it exemplified at every point in a purchase experience. The completion of a purchase is only the beginning point, as they deliver exceptional knowledge of their product which they generously share with the customer before departing the dealership. I also know from experience, that my purchase will be serviced by equally caring associates in their service department through my entire period of ownership. They are not just a sales organization, but rather a partner in providing a quality vehicle with quality service. I am a proud owner of yet another Bullard provided Cadillac !! Driving to Mobile to buy a Cadillac was definitely worth my time. Allen Williams was friendly and informative. He made my buying experience stressless. In fact, the whole team was great...from answering my questions, working out the best deal for me and my needs, and making sure that I was absolutely happy with my purchase. Allen even volunteered to drive to Pensacola to give me a walk-through on my car. Jon McCartney found me several discounts to help with my purchase. Ty and Roosevelt made it possible for me to upgrade my wheels and tires from 18 inch to 20 inch. I couldn't be any more thrilled and excited about my Cadillac SRX. I even brought my sister and brother-in-law, who own an Escalade, to meet Allen, Jon, and Roosevelt. They, too, were impressed and stated that they would return to Joe Bullard's Cadillac when they are in the market for a new Caddy. I plan on keeping my SRX for several years, but when it's time to buy a new car, I will drive from Pensacola to Joe Bullard's in Mobile to make my purchase. More
My wife and I had been thinking about buying a vehicle for 7 months online. One rainy day while in mobile I said let's look at a few vehicles with the thought in mind we wouldn't be pressured to by due to for 7 months online. We stopped at several dealers that had a vehicle that she liked but no one came out to greet us. The last dealer we stopped by was Joe Bullard she immediately saw a vehicle that caught her eyes. We stopped by the vehicle got out of our truck looked inside the vehicle and as we closed the door a sales man was coming out to greet us. This was the first sales person out of 5 dealerships in mobile came to greet us. I knew than I would be getting my SUV from this dealer. This dealer should me the best customer service I have had when purchasing a vehicle. More
Everyone hears the ad where the person lets us know, that they know "we have a choice..." and I've made mine. My choice is the individuals in the service department at Joe Bullard. The individuals who I don't see or talk to that care for my vehicle. These individuals ensure the right parts are ordered, and when in their hands, the parts are installed properly by individuals who are proud professionals; and never has a porter delivered my car for pick-up that had not been detailed first! I've made my choice! The care advisors, in the service department, at Joe Bullard are friendly and helpful, and will not allow a customer to be unattended. But, none of the writers know my car as well as Dean Hauge. Like the other writers, Dean has a client list. Dean works for me! He has my bet interest in mind, and I have confidence in his advise. I've made my choice! When it comes to having the right people in the right place, the customer service department at, Joe Bullard, is such a place. Heather, Elizabeth, and Laney know their customers, by name. They have blended professional needs with personal interest and the outcome can be seen and felt. I've made my choice! The individuals that make up the service department, and the customer service department at Joe Bullard are my choice! More
