When I went to Joe Bullard Cadillac I was going to just look. However, when I walked in the door the staff there was super friendly especially my salesman Curtis Williams. In meeting Curtis he made me feel very comfortable about purchasing a used vehicle and assured me that he would give me good quality service. Curtis before I could ask a question had all my questions asked already. My experience was great, one that I have never had at a car dealership. I was very nervous about buying another vehicle, but Curtis would say "I got you, we are going to take good care of you". Curtis Williams and staff not once made me a promise that was not fulfilled. In a normal situation I would have not come Joe bullard, but in my search of a vehicle on the Internet I found a car there that I liked in my pricing budget. We emailed Joe Bullard about the vehicle and rec but in my search of a vehicle on the Internet I found a car there that I liked in my pricing budget. She was happy to provide us with the information we need it and welcome to come by and greeted us when we got there. She put it in the hands of a Damos to help us with our purchase. He greeted us with a smile and insisted in any way he could. He was very helpful throughout the buying process and had the vehicle ready for pickup. We also had an encounter with Roosevelt who assisted us in any way we needed, and help to resolve any issues we had in purchasing the vehicle. He was awesome!!! Lastly, Jon help us to finalize our paperwork and close the deal on purchasing the vehicle. He was friendly, professional, and assist us in a timely manner. I always thought that Joe Bullard would not be in my price budget, so I never came there to purchase a vehicle but my point of view has been change for the good. My experience buying this car was nothing but wonderful. I am the type of person that hates to buy a car. When I had no other option but to buy, I would go to lots after hours avoiding sales people. When I found a car that I thought my wife would like I would call. Sometimes calling a dealership would be very frustrating until I called Joe Bullard. A sales person, Andrew Speight, answered the phone. From that point until the car pulled into my driveway I was 100% satisfied. I had never purchased a car that was 350 miles away site unseen. Andrew assured me several times, sending additional pictures and videos, that if I did not like the car for any reason when I received it I could tell the driver to return it to dealership. I found that hard to believe but Andrew reassured me that for any reason--return it--. The car was a surprise for my wife, who was going to be out of town for the weekend. On VERY SHORT notice Andrew arranged drivers to delivery car, making the surprise a moment that she will remember. My wife LOVES the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Andrew.
