Curtis rode with us on the test drive and really seemed concerned about making sure that was the right car for us. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Curtis made us feel like he wanted to get to know us, not just for a sale but for a life time business relationship.  We talked about our families, our past, and our life. After just a few days working with Curtis, I feel like I have known him for a long time. Curtis introduced us to Ben Jackson who helped us in so many ways. Ben actively engaged in our buying experience, and worked hard to make us feel comfortable and at home. Ben made himself available to answer any questions we had and/or work on any issues we had. Ben seemed concerned about making our experience at Joe Bullard Cadillac the best. Jon McCartney introduced himself to us at the finance portion of the process. After talking to Jon for a few minutes, we felt like we knew him our entire life. He made us feel so comfortable and was interested in getting to know us. I didn't know that buying a vehicle could be so easy and fun. The entire staff at Joe Bullard Cadillac, especially Curtis, Ben, and Jon, made us feel like family from the moment we walked through the doors. As I walked through the dealership, many people would stop, shake my hand, talk to me, and ask if I needed anything. I will definitely recommend Joe Bullard to everyone I know. My service visit was not scheduled. When we arrived, we received a very friendly greeting from Mr. Zaccaro. We were invited to go into the waiting room where we found reading material, coffee, water ,soda received a very friendly greeting from Mr. Zaccaro.
