Great experience working with the employees at Joe Bullard. I felt like I was being treated like a queen in her country and can't get better than that. Roosevelt was a great salesperson manager who was a pleasant and courteous person to work with. Richard was courteous also and knowledgeable with our training and questions on the functions of our SRX. While he was training us, he also programmed things for us as we asked about them. We worked with Richard on the financing and we were very pleased again with the process. We thank you Joe Bullard for employing the greatest people and making our experience so pleasurable. More
After being totally being ignored on Monday 11/4. I was very upset with this treatment (walked the front and second row of vehicles). I called the dealership to inform them. I received an apology from Mr Harris and Mr Speight and was assured it wull never happen again. Wednesday morning I was just leaving to go to Pensacola to buy a Cadallic when Ben called. He also offered his apology. We discussed ALABAMA football for a while before getting down to business and as a result of Andrew (especially) Ben and Roosevelt I am driving a CTS from Joe Bullard Cadallic. I was treated friendly and the two men that assisted me was very accomodating. This is not the first car that I purchased from Joe bullard Cadillac. First of all, let me say that I started looking for my new SRX about 3 months ago while my 2010 SRX was being serviced. Over the course of the search the staff at Joe Bullard were awesome. And then I met new SRX about 3 months ago while my 2010 SRX was being serviced. Over the course of the search the staff at Joe Bullard were awesome. And then I met Andrew Speight. Andrew was like meeting an old friend... he made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions without making me feel like it was a high pressure sale. For at least 6 weeks and many conversations, he was as friendly and helpful as possible. I felt that he was more interested in making sure that I got just the SRX I wanted than making a quick sale. Once we knew that we had the right vehicle, I met Ben Jackson. He helped seal the deal. He was a pleasure to work with and made the experience even better. Thank you both for being so helpful. AND... I love my new SRX. It is exactly the one I wanted!!! More

Curtis Williams was very helpful. We arrived on the lot with the intention of driving a used car we had found on line. Curtis was more than happy to show that car to us promptly. And when it turned out tha with the intention of driving a used car we had found on line. Curtis was more than happy to show that car to us promptly. And when it turned out that that particular vehicle was not quite what we wanted, Curtis recommended that we take a drive in a somewhat similar new Cadillac SRX which, although it was something we would probably NEVER have considered before, actually turned out to be the car my wife needed. Curtis and Roosevelt Harris then went to work searching the southeast for the exact car that my wife wanted and found a 2013 model which qualified for a $4,000.00 rebate. The entire experience was not only professional but delightful from beginning to end. More
