I scheduled an appt with the service dept to have Takata airbag recall fixed on my Escalade & I requested a loaner vehicle. Showed up for my appt (9-6-23). I was pleasantly surprised that they put me in a brand new 23 Cadillac CTS loaner vehicle. (Well played Joe Bullard Cadillac, now I want a brand new Cadillac! 😉😍). They fixed the recall & did a full safety check. They let me know what they found. Pickup (& loaner car drop off) was quick & easy. Took the car in for first scheduled service. Setting up appointment online was easy and painless. I arrived more than 30 minutes early but they were able to take the car and begin immediately. Have been happy with my service thus far. However on my last visit the tech found 15 immediate services that needed to be performed, it seemed odd since all of it popped up since my last serv However on my last visit the tech found 15 immediate services that needed to be performed, it seemed odd since all of it popped up since my last service. Once I saw the list I was floored considering a few of the items were done just before taking it in for service. I wondered how the tech came to his conclusions. I expressed my concerns to the employee in service before leaving. I am still going to use Joe Bullard for service but will definitely pay close attention to what is recommended for my Cadillac.
