my wife and I came to Joe Bullard, looking for her a used car that we saw on line, we were greeted by Mr Roosevelt Harris, and Mr. Damos Brand Jr.we were excorted to Mr.Harris's office while they located the car that we saw on line, we were greeted by Mr Roosevelt Harris, and Mr. Damos Brand Jr.we were excorted to Mr.Harris's office while they located the car,they found that the car was being serviced,which made us feel good that the car we were interested in was being taking care of. the car was brought to the front,we test drove it, and loved it.We did the paper work with Mr.Harris,and Mr.Brand Jr.who was very professional,courteous,and very helpful.went above and beyound to make sure everything was right with the car when we recieved it,and even offered to deliver it to us.we met with Mr. Jon McCartney the fiance manager who was also friendly and professional.Our experience at Joe Bullard was Awesome!!! we would recommend any one who is looking to buy a car,new or used, to Joe Bullard.The staff was very friendly and professional, and exceeded our expectations .we just wanted to take the time to let everyone know how happy we are that we came to Joe Bullard.My wife is enjoying her car.Thanks to Mr.Roosevelt Harris,Mr.Damos Brand Jr.,Mr Jon McCartney and the service dept.staff,, for making our experience at Joe Bullard so Special. I have been car shopping for a month and was growing tired of not being able to find the "right car". A friend of mine's co-worker stopped by Joe Bullard for an oil change and talked with Ben Jackson (m tired of not being able to find the "right car". A friend of mine's co-worker stopped by Joe Bullard for an oil change and talked with Ben Jackson (manager) about my difficulties of finding a car. Ben did not hestiate in giving me a call and offering his services. He asked me about my likes, dislikes, and wants. I wasn't looking for a new Cadillac. My car of choice was a used Chevy Impala. It wasn't long before Ben called me back, letting me know he found a car with ALL my likes and wants, while staying in my price range. I will mention this car was in TX, and they had no problem getting it for me. Once the car was delivered to Joe Bullard, Curtis Williams (salesman) handled the rest. He kept in contact with me while waiting on the car to arrive, and was willing to stay past closing til I could get off work. Ben and Curtis welcomed me when I arrived at the dealership. Giving me that Great Custmer Service experience. Once The test drive was over I knew I wanted the car. Curtis and Richard made the financing part easy and stress free. I really enjoyed my over all experience. I felt they did not treat me any different than if I was buying a 2014 Cadillac. I definitely would go back. More
