I would recommend Joe Bullard to anyone! This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and they were great both times. There was actually an issue with the first used car I bought and they exchange second vehicle I have bought from them and they were great both times. There was actually an issue with the first used car I bought and they exchanged it for another vehicle because they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. This time I purchased a Buick Enclave and I love it. The salesman Robbie Rousseau (Who was actually from the Acura dealership but found me the car at Cadillac) was wonderful. He was not pushy at all and he was very honest. That is hard to find in a salesman! The finance manager Richard Nassar also went above and beyond to get us the best rates. day I am the proud owner my aI had come to that place in my life that it was time to buy a new car.I knew what I wanted and while I was out driving I would write down the name of the SUV that caught my atte my life that it was time to buy a new car.I knew what I wanted and while I was out driving I would write down the name of the SUV that caught my attention. Arcadia, Armada just to name a few caught my eye I knew this was a very important investment and I wanted to make sure I was ready. From time to time I would frequent Facebook and I would notice Mr Curtis Williams on a picture with a customer whom he had sold a car to. Im not even sure how Mr Curtis became my friend on FB, because we have never met prior to now. None the less. I got up the nerve to let him know that I would be in the market for a car soon. He said ok..no pressure..let me know when you are ready. Maybe a month later Mr Williams inboxed me and asked was I ready..he suggest I visit his site..i did and I told him I found nothing at the time..maybe a week later I looked at the site again.....and the rest is history. Not sure (again) how I ended up on a Joe Bullard car lot, because these were not my original SUVs of choice. Not because they are not nice automobiles, but I didnt think Buick/Cadillac SUV would fit my budget. Nonetheless, once I met with Mr Williams, I felt like we were old friends and he was someone who had my best interest at hand. Even though he wanted to sell a car( because thats his job) he never seemed pushy, demanding, or forceful. I chose the vehicle and Mr Williams went to the end to make it happen for me and my family(he even loaned the car to me for 3 days..cause he wanted to make sure that.. I was sure...). The process became a little stressful at times for me, but Mr Williams was very encouraging throughout the entire process and today, I am the proud owner of a 2011 Buick Enclave that I love. Again THANK YOU to Mr. Curtis Williams, Mr Nassar, John(very nice gentlemen & very helpful in financing dept) and any others we had contact with at Joe Bullard. I haven't purchased a car since 1999. This was well worth the wait...!!!!!!! More

Allen customer service level was beyond superb. Usually when you go to a car dealership you expect for the salesman to hassle you, to try to tell how good the brand is, to talk to you about the vehicle whi when you go to a car dealership you expect for the salesman to hassle you, to try to tell how good the brand is, to talk to you about the vehicle while your test driving it. Allen didn't pressure me, didn't make me feel as if I was wasting his time, he actually made me feel comfortable about my purchase. My family even enjoyed this car buying experience. In my opinion, no one enjoys going to a dealership to just look at cars because they are always afraid of that harrassing salesperson that just wont give you the space to just look. Well, my opinion changed the day that I stopped by Joe Bullard Cadillac just to look. I was approached by Mr Curtis Williams who was not trying to drag me all over the lot and push any car on me just to make a sales commission, he was very attentive and listened to my needs. I did not buy that day, but left with a feeling that I would definitly come back if something came available that met what I was looking for. Curtis was very professional in keeping me notified of what would come in by email or text. I felt he was being very respectful with my time and not overwhelming me with phone calls. Curtis sent me an email link of the car that I described to him that I would be looking for. This is where the adventure really impressed me with Joe Bullard Cadillac. I went to the dealership to take a look and it indeed met my needs, so I made an offer and he took it to the finance office to begin the process. To keep the story short, Mr John McCartney, Finance Manager certainly had the patience of Job working with me becuase I had to leave and go out of town and work the deal over the phone. He stayed in close contact with me and worked with me to ensure that I would stay at the negotiated rate. I never sensed an urgency to close the deal so they could move to the next customer. I was also impressed that Ty Bullard, General Manager sent an email which is probably a generic email, but it added that pesonal touch. The email was a video stating that it was their goal to make my purchase smooth and accomodating. This action went miles with me. Once I got back to town to finalize the sale I was greeted at the airport by Mr Curtis Williams who personally picked me up and drove me to the dealership. I have to say, this part is always the part that gives me a headache, but Mr Richard Nassar was the most pleasant gentleman that I have ever worked with in financing a vehicle. He was so laid back and made my experience so memorable that I will say nothing but great things about Joe Bullard Cadillac, This experience left me with the feeling that I am part of their family and they want to really take care of me.
