We shopped Lexus, BMW, and another Cadillac dealer in Atlanta before finding this dealer on-line. They had the right car and price with a fair price for our 2010 SRX. We did most of the paper work before arriving by phone and email, and we were out in about 1 1/2 hours with our new SRX. Before the long ride back home, we asked for seafood restaurant suggestions. Well, Ashley took over and made reservations at a great local spot with great food, and Roosevelt gave me our first On Star navigation training session by keying in the address for our Blue Gill Restaurant reservation. i came to Joe Bullard Cadillac because I was looking to replace my son's vehicle, and he had seen online that there was a Ford Mustang available, When I arrived, i was promptly greeted and the sales person replace my son's vehicle, and he had seen online that there was a Ford Mustang available, When I arrived, i was promptly greeted and the sales person Mr. Robinson located the car, and allowed me to look over the vehicle and the take for test drive, he did not pressure me in anyway about making the purchase, he answered my questions, then we proceeded to appriase my trade in, that process was not like some in the past, i was made an offer we discussed, and ultimately came to a reasonable offer without the continued back and forth. During this process i was introduced to Mr. Jackson, he was helpful and listened to what I had to say as well, once we completed this, I met with Mr. McCartney, in financing, he was professional, and fully explained my financing options, did not try to slam me into some High rate deal, he assisted me in deciding on an extended warranty for the vehicle as well, I have purchased many cars in my life, and this experience does rank up at the top of what i have dealt with. I would reccommend to people i know that they consider Joe Bullard when looking for a car. More
