We drove many cars and were incline to buy a new Audi A6 or A7 due to we really enjoyed the Audi we own for 9 years. The down side was we did not ever like the customer service from our Audi dealership. Sure enough, Laney told me that Miss Natalie had found the ring in the parking lot and even went back to find the missing stone out of the ring, which she did. It was a miracle for me to find that ring. I had been in a total panic for three days. I so apprectiate the helpful staff. They were truly wonderful, and Miss Natale has retored my faith in humanity. She could have kept it, but she was honest. That's quite an employee! More
