Friendliest dealership I've visited in my nearly 70 years I stopped by to look at a stunning 2010 Cadillac Escalade EXT. IT WAS OPEN SO MY WIFE AND I LOOKED IT OVER PRETTY GOOD, NO SALESMAN CAME RUNNING OUT T I stopped by to look at a stunning 2010 Cadillac Escalade EXT. IT WAS OPEN SO MY WIFE AND I LOOKED IT OVER PRETTY GOOD, NO SALESMAN CAME RUNNING OUT TO "HELP" , I LIKED THAT. SOON, RICH BORDEN CAME OUT TO ASSIST. I HAD CONCERN THAT THE TRUCK WOULD NOT FIT IN MY GARAGE. RICK, SAID, I'LL GET THE KEYS, YOU DRIVE IT HOME AND SEE IF IT WILL FIT. I FELT NO PRESSURE, I LIKED THAT TOO. AFTER HE FILLED OUT THE REQUISITE PAPERWORK WE TOOK THE TRUCK ON A SHORT DRIVE TO MY HOUSE, AND SURE ENOUGH, IT FIT, BUT BARELY, I'M GLAD. TOOK THE TRUCK BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, AND HAD RICH PAGED, AS HE WAS NOT LAYING IN WAIT, THAT TOO I LIKED. BEN, THE SALES MANAGER HAD MY TRADE-IN CAR APPRAISED, AND PRESENTED THE FINDINGS, FAIR I THOUGHT. ENTER, JON MCCARTNEY WHO MADE A VERY PROFESSIONAL, LEARNED PRESENTATION ON EXTENDED WARRANTIES, AS I HAD CONCERNS, SINCE THE TRUCK'S FACTORY WARRANTY EXPIRED RECENTLY. HE WORKED UP A PLAN, PLEASING TO ME, AND THEN HE DISCOUNTED IT FURTHER, RECOGNIZING MY VALUE TO THE DEALERSHIP AS A VETERAN, GUESS WHAT? I LIKED THAT A LOT, TOO. EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE OF THE TRUCK WAS PRETTY FAIR TO START WITH, AND I WAS OFFERED A GOOD AMOUNT FOR MY TRADE-IN, AND GIVEN THAT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WAS QUITE ACCEPTABLE, BEN, REDUCED THE CAR FURTHER, TO WHAT I WOULD CALL UN-TURNDOWNABLE. JON, TOOK US TO HIS OFFICE, WHERE WE EXECUTED THE VOLUMINOUS AMOUNTS OF PAPER, QUICKLY AND PRECISELY. I CAN NOT FULLY EXPRESS HOW MY WIFE AND I WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE GENUINE FRIENDLINESS AND PROFESSIONAL ACUMEN THESE GENTLEMEN DISPLAYED. WE FELT APPRECIATED AND IMPORTANT. WE NEVER FELT AS IF WE WERE BEING TAKEN FOR GRANTED. I WILL, AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY, RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, AND THEIR TOP NOTCH SALES TEAM. MY ONLY SUGGESTION, IS TO OFFER A VETERANS DISCOUNT. We looked at many cars with our thought of being in our mid fifties was to buy comfort vs sport, in our new car. We drove many cars and were incline to buy a new Audi A6 or A7 due to we really enjoyed the Audi we own for 9 years. The down side was we did not ever like the customer service from our Audi dealership. Being a salesman by trade myself I read folks pretty well, I can tell you the buying experience was great and I think the service will be the same. Steve Daniel More

I notified Haley and Laney, and they told me they'd call if someone found it. Sure enough, Laney told me that Miss Natalie had found the ring in the parking lot and even went back to find the missing stone out of the ring, which she did. It was a miracle for me to find that ring. I had been in a total panic for three days. I so apprectiate the helpful staff. They were truly wonderful, and Miss Natale has retored my faith in humanity. She could have kept it, but she was honest. That's quite an employee! More
