Bad place to get used cars. I purchased my AMG GL63 2019 from them in march 2024 and at the time they told me the car didn't have any problems. But after signing the contract, i I purchased my AMG GL63 2019 from them in march 2024 and at the time they told me the car didn't have any problems. But after signing the contract, i pointed out a couple of problems that needs to be fixed, they came to get the car and brought it back with a crack on the front window. I called them about the crack on the window and they sent someone to fix it with a silicone caulk i guess, but you can still see the crack. I went back to tell them to replace the windows and the manager of the used car dept. yelled at me saying he cannot make my car brand new when i buy it used. next day i saw the engine light on and the car leaking oil, the break pad is worn out, no safety on the break, the tire is always flat and there is always no one available to talk to. i am paying over 63k dollars for this car and this is what i get? you all be careful purchasing a used car from Joe Bullard cuz the car may look good from outside but you don't know what problems is inside and the dealer will never tell you. More
