Jon McCartney helped with my paperwork. He was beyond a pleasure as well. I told him I was in a hurry and he was very efficient. Explained everything very well to me and got my paper work printed up. I really appreciated how efficient and thorough he was. He is definitely an asset to your company! I never felt like they were pushy or anything. They made me feel welcome. My teenage daughter thinks Roosevelt is so cool. He took time with her and answered all her questions. She said he made her feel important and not just like a kid that didn't matter.
