When you compare this dealership to others this is one of the few dealerships that looks nice inside and out and has modern amenities to make a service visit comfortable nice couches bar tables and stool with a modern TV! Our salesman, Mustafa Elastal, was the finest automobile educator that we have ever met. We have bought many GM cars over the years and this man was an obvious stand out from minute one. He informed us of all options, showed us features we never dreamed existed and in no way ever pressured us - even when we waivered. Then we met the New Car Manager, Roosevelt Harris. What a delight to again feel no pressure and understand the full range of automobile and financing options. Along the way of this journey, from the gentleman who appraised our 2006 Cadillac trade in, to every other employee we met at Joe Bullard we met nothing short of a family. Everyone was concerned that we had everything we needed - even the other salesmen. How rare is that? Our experience was wonderful and we can only now expect to be treated as part of that big family - that is the feeling we had as we left with our new car. Getting what you want. Had a recent accident with our 08 DTS; it was totaled. So, needing another car, we went back to Bullard's where we purchased the wrecked DTS. Lo and Had a recent accident with our 08 DTS; it was totaled. So, needing another car, we went back to Bullard's where we purchased the wrecked DTS. Lo and behold, after expressing what we might want and price, Damos showed us a selection of cars that fit our criteria. Walla, another 08 DTS (a twin) with all the options we had before plus a few more, and the price was very good, too. After very little dickering we gave the go-ahead. We then saw Roosevelt to close the deal. Again, excellent service and concern for us, we closed the deal. The car was inspected and gassed up and away we go. I felt like we were still in our other 08, which makes the wife and I, very happy We hated to lose our 08, but now we have it's twin. Thanks so much Joe Bullard Cadillac. More

I was only looking when I was at their dealership & they happened to have car I really liked & test drove. I live 80 miles away & had an appointment & had to be gone in 2 hrs. I said they can't finance me & Richard said I bet we can when I told him my beacon score & why. Didn't want to waste his or my time, but the car was a price I couldn't refuse to try. The whole deal ( I didn't even have to negotiate the price of car or my trade in bc it was what I knew my trade was worth & their car was 10k under blue book), was done in hour & half. They knew I had an appointment & rushed it all for me. I had approval,and papers signed in under the time frame I had. No money down & I even got a good interest rate! It was worth the drive & I totally didn't expect it to happen. I love my CTS-V. If they can't get the deal done then nobody can, Thank You!! More
