A Dream Come True First of all let me say thank you to Curtis Williams and Roosevelt Harris for being Godly men in helping me in purchasing a car from Joe Bullards. Both men were very professional and uplifting in the total car experience. I have purchased a number of vehicles, but this is the first time that I truly felt like all parties involved had my best interest in mine. When I begin to have doubt about if the deal would go through, Curtis would constantly remind me, "To Trust in the Lord, and if it was mean to be it will be". He checked back with me to give me updates on the car I was looking at, but he never pressured me to commit until I was ready. That same type of faith and professionalism was further expressed by the sales expert Roosevelt Harris. Not only did he encourage me to keep the faith, but he made the dream become a reality when he showed me the numbers and told me what it took to make it happen. He even took time to show me pictures of the history of Joe Bullards. All I could say was, " Thank You God." The best part of the experience was the royal treatment I got when I came back the next day to pick up my car. As I walked in the dealership the car that I purchased was placed on center stage for everyone to see. Everyone I talked to at Joe Bullards welcomed me to the family. Finally, I was placed in my dream car and Curtis gave me the VIP treatment in showing me how to operate all the high tech instruments that the new car came with. Then he expressed his thanks and told me I can call at anytime and that the relationship does not end here, but it is just the beginning of being a Joe Bullards customer. I had some issues with the previous used car lot that I had just left but Curtis was very concerned about my needs and made sure that I was satisfied when I left.
