Our overall experience was good and would be excellent except that the length of time (5 hours) at the dealership was tiring for us. We do appreciate our Sales Rep. It was the first American made car in our family in over 20 My wife bought a used 2010 SRX 2-1/2 years ago and had problem after problem with the car. It was the first American made car in our family in over 20 years and we felt we had made a huge mistake buying American. But through it all, the people at Joe Bullard Cadillac, especially Christian Zaccaro in service, were outstanding in the way they worked through the problems and the way they treated my wife. They were so good in fact, when we decided to trade we stayed with Bullard and with Cadillac and bought a new SRX. A great shopping experience I recently had a car accident and my vehicle was a total loss. I was given a rental car for 5 days but my claim was not complete before then and I was I recently had a car accident and my vehicle was a total loss. I was given a rental car for 5 days but my claim was not complete before then and I was paying for extended use of a rental car. I found a car at Joe Bullard and my car wasn't ready for delivery at the time of approval. The Bullard team took care of me by providing me with a loaner car so I would no longer have to continue to pay for a rental car. The sales team at Bullard provided me with a great car buying experience. I will recommend all my family, friends and co workers to buy a car from Joe Bullard! More

I had no money and not the best of credit. It was rainy and cold very windy. I thought no one would dare come out! I looked around and Curtis ran out and treated me like the sun was shining and like I had a million bucks! He showed me how Everything worked in the brand new Cadillac XTS. I told him my situation. He listened very carefully like a father would not like a salesman. He talked to me like he genuinely cared. I didn't buy that day. When I went back. I was treated like a queen again! This day I met more of the staff and All friendly. Darron is another name to remember. Omg. I can't put words to explain the warm feeling at this dealership. And Richard seals the deal the best finance manager I ever dealt with! Just try em! Even if you're just looking. You are treated with respect, and they make you feel needed and appreciated. I can not ever recall having a bad experience, or dealt with issues that did not get resolved in a timely and professional manner. When I purchased my first (new) vehicle from JB I was so pleases with the treatment I received that I told them they had gained a customer for life and I meant it. This is my third purchase (2015 SRX) from Joe Bullard and I still feel the same. You "GUYS" are just awesome. Mr. Nasser you are the heart beat at JB, and I am grateful for your expertise.
