The day after the sale he took time to walk me through how to do all the settings and set up with OnStar. A few days after the sale my remote wouldn't work. He came to the house on his day off, took the remote back to the dealer for a new battery, and returned it to the house. This is the second car we have bought from Bullard. When the sale was complete he spent about an hour the first day and a couple of hours the day after going over every detail on how to operate and set the vehicle for my personal use. Everything from working with CUE, syncing my smartphone and showing me how to operate the self parking feature.
