We walked into Joe Bullard as a cold call and were met by Troy Andrews, who did a superb job of describing vehicle features. He kept in contact with me as I continued to explore options from other makers. After a second test drive we set up a time for me to review several XT5s that met my criteria. The dealership explored options for leasing vs. purchasing. They answered questions with great clarity. Troy spent a great deal of time reviewing operational features of the XT5 and orienting me to the features. He has followed up to ask if I have questions and remembered specifics of my previous inquiries. I am very pleased with the dealership, transaction work, and most especially with the salesperson. Extremely pleased I am not a fan of car shopping, but after our day at Joe Bullard, we walked away very pleased with the whole process. I knew the exact car that I wanted and started by simply sending an email to check the availability, I received a response within an hour to confirm my findings and scheduled a test drive the following day. Once arriving onsite, we were greeted immediately, but not in the "annoying,bombard" you way. Our salesman, Mustafa was very knowledgeable and set us up with his amazing team. Custmer For Life! Absolutely great experience, Brandon Catchot, (sales and leasing specialist), was genuine about getting me in the SUV I wanted. Both of these guys were awesome, friendly, and dedicated to getting me in the vehicle I wanted, not just making a sale. Once everything was final and Brandon was doing his last check of the vehicle he realized the FM was not working on the radio he sent it the shop for diagnostics, they were not able diagnosis the problem immediately, Brandon stated, "everything will be in working condition when you get your car. Brandon got me a loaner SUV and asked, "is this alright for you for to go home in?" Brandon assured me my vehicle would be ready the next and delivered to me , he even offered to deliver the vehicle if he was not able to get an driver! I could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience. More

I was then able to purchase a new 2017 XT5, which I really love. I wanted to stay with Cadillac because of the great quality of their vehicles, and I wanted to stay with Joe Bullard because of the great quality of their people and their service. More
